How does the deposit and payment work?

To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit paid in advance. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of departure — and as a thank you for paying the deposit, we apply a 5% discount on the remaining balance. After submitting your enquiry, we'll send you a secure payment link for the deposit within a few hours of confirming availability.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

More than 7 days before departure: Full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
3–7 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Less than 3 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable. However, we're always happy to help you reschedule to another available date at no extra charge.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for departure, we will reschedule your tour to the next available date at no extra cost, or issue a full refund of your deposit. We monitor weather conditions closely and will always notify you in advance — usually the evening before.

What is included in the price?

All prices include: licensed skipper, professional hostess, fuel, boat insurance, snorkelling masks, towels, ice box with drinks on board, and a fully customisable route. The only additional costs are optional cave entrance fees (Blue Cave €18–24 per person, Green Cave €10–15 per person) — paid directly on the island, completely optional.
What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend: swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, a light long-sleeve top (especially early/late season), cash for entrance fees and restaurants, and your phone or camera. Towels are provided on board. You're welcome to bring extra snacks or drinks.
Can I customise the route or make special requests?

Absolutely — all our tours are fully customisable. Want to skip a stop, spend more time swimming, or add a lunch break at a beach restaurant? Just let us know when booking or speak with your skipper on the day. Your tour, your rules.
Where exactly do we meet?

From Split: we meet at Split harbour (Riva promenade area) — your skipper will send you the exact berth location after booking confirmation. From Hvar: we meet at Hvar harbour, right in the town centre. Your skipper will contact you the evening before with final details.
Are there any additional costs I should know about?

The tour price is all-inclusive for the boat, crew, fuel, drinks, and equipment. The only possible extras are optional cave entrance fees: Blue Cave €18–24 per person, Green Cave €10–15 per person (both optional, paid on-site). Lunch at a restaurant is also at your own cost. No hidden fees — ever.
